离心光饰机 型号：LXS60-前面带振动筛车

LXS系列是最新型高效能行星滚桶离心式光饰机。具有外形美观、结构合理、操作方便、调速范围大、运转平稳、无噪声、研磨效率高等特性。本机采用四组固定式六边形滚桶组成行星传动系统。当电机带动大转盘公转时，滚桶在行星齿轮组的作用下形成反向自转，使滚桶内的磨料与工件在双重离心力的作用下产生强力磨擦，所以能够高效而均匀地完成工件的倒棱、去毛刺和抛光等光整加工工艺。滚桶体是用钢板制成。桶内装有可更换的聚氨酯内桶，抗磨耐用，更换费用低。滚筒自转采用MC尼龙齿轮传动，使用寿命长，运转平稳可靠而且无噪声。

本系列光饰机采用的是全封闭滚桶组，可根据用户要求制作防碰撞带隔板的内衬滚桶，特别适用于小批量、多品种、超薄、超细零件的倒棱、去毛刺及抛光工艺。振动式与流动式光饰机无法加工的零件，利用离心式光饰机可达到理想的光整加工效果。

1、设有变频系统，可根据需要任意调节研磨桶转速。

2、内衬桶采用进口耐磨聚氨酯制作，可随时更换。具有耐 酸碱、成本低、使用寿命长、更换速度快等特点。 

3、30升、60升、100升设备采用高强度尼龙齿轮传动， 160升、220升设备采用同步带传动，具有噪音小、使用寿命 长、运转平衡稳定等特点。

4、采用弧形拉门设计，并设有安全接触开关，具有节约空 间、操作安全等特点。 

5、该机型接料槽下方可配备振动分选筛车，配备后可实现 工件磨料自动分选。
